1. MOQ: 1x20' for 3 models maximum

2. Payment: 30% deposit after confirmation of order, 70% against Bill of lading after shipment, We also accept L/C, trade assurance, Paypal etc.

3. Warranty: All products are guaranteed for 1 year time,and compressors 3 years.

4. Spare parts: Coolstar provide 1% spare parts free of charge. Additional spare parts are supplied all year long.

5. Sample order : Coolstar is a bulk articles supplier, normally ship the order in container load, we reject 1 pc order. Coolstar normally doesn’t accept sampe order, but when customer can show the potential of bulk order, we specially accept sample order, at 10% extra handling charge.

6. How to adjust digital temperature controller: We have set temperature to the optimal level before the cabinet leave factory, so we don’t suggest customer to change it. In case of necessity, pls refer to separate operating manuel.
